The 2023/24 financial year has been very successful for the credit union. Our members will receive a record savings return of over £3 million through the payment of an annual divided and interest paid on our Cash ISA and Fixed Saver products. Members also saved almost £70 million over the last 12 months, with over £13 million of existing debt consolidated.
The past financial year saw us reach some major milestones. We joined an exclusive group of British credit unions to reach £100 million in total assets. We also completed our merger with National Fire Savers Credit Union, while developing new initiatives to help our members improve their financial resilience.
