COVID-19 Update: Social Distancing

We would like to advise Members that your Credit Union remains fully operational. All our branches will remain open and steps have been taken to ensure service continuity to follow HSE and Government advice and guidelines.

In line with this advice, and in the interests of member and staff safety, we would ask that: no members attend our branches. If you are in any doubt please contact us on 0121 700 1222 or via email to info@serveandprotectcu.co.uk where a Member Service Officer will advise you.

Almost all financial transactions such as withdrawals, applying for a loan and checking your balance can be done without you ever having to leave your home or workplace.
