Social Impact Report 2021 Published

We have released our latest Social Impact Report for 2021. The report aims to showcase our impact on the community we serve, and the positive difference we are making to people’s lives.

As a credit union, we support a community of over two million employees across the Police, Prison, Military, Fire and Health services. It is our mission to improve the financial resilience of these individuals, as well as their family members.

At a time when our members have sacrificed so much, our mission has never been more relevant. We have continued to support employees at the frontline of the pandemic, helping to tackle money worries, improve financial resilience, and consolidate debt for thousands of keyworkers.

Not only does this report reflect our continued efforts in providing access to affordable credit, and financially educating our membership, but we also highlight our wider work, including our role in promoting wellbeing through sport and supporting our own team in the workplace.

For the most part, the information in this report is dedicated to the period between 1st July 2020 and 30th June 2021, unless otherwise stated.
