Unveiling Our First Impact Report!

At Serve and Protect, we’re proud to be part of a global movement. As a credit union, we do much more than just offer savings and loans—we’re here to support you, our members, in meaningful ways.

Alongside the traditional services you’d expect from a credit union, we’re committed to helping people build financial resilience. Over the past year, we’ve delivered educational sessions to more than 4,000 people, members and non-members alike, highlighting the importance of financial stability. By doing this, we’re working to reduce the harmful impact of payday lenders and iceberg loans, which can put individuals and families under immense financial strain.

We also know how important it is to have someone to talk to, especially during challenging times. That’s why, at the start of the nationwide lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic, we launched our ‘Wellbeing Call Service.’ This service gave members the chance to request a call from one of our team to chat about how they were coping with the lockdown. The feedback was incredible—the service was as uplifting for our team as it was for our members.
