How to delete your account?

By joining the Credit Union through this mobile app or by registering to use this app having created an account in another way, you have entered into membership of the Credit Union.

To delete your account you must formally withdraw from membership of the Credit Union and you can do this in one of two ways:

  • Email info@serveandprotectcu.co.uk and requesting an account closure form which will be sent to you electronically, or;
  • Call us on 0121 700 1222 where a member of our team can complete your closure over the telephone

Some personal data will be retained by Serve and Protect after you close any accounts you have with us and you can find more detail about this in our Privacy Policy.
